But before any of that?


I was just a woman trying to hold it all together. The strong one. The dependable one. The one who always showed up, even when she was emotionally running on E.

I created Therapy Unplugged Consulting because I know what it feels like to be mentally overloaded, emotionally checked out, and still pretending to be okay.

I know what it feels like to spiral in your head while still functioning on the outside. And I know the life-changing power of finally slowing down, feeling safe in your body again, and choosing yourself without guilt.

I'm not here to fix you, Im here to sit with you.
