I’m Mal'Asia—Master level therapist, coach, mom, and simply a woman who’s had to learn the hard way how to hold herself through burnout, motherhood, emotional chaos, and the quiet ache of always showing up for others.

Is this therapy?

Nope—and I don’t pretend to offer that. Therapy Unplugged is a coaching space that pulls from therapeutic principles but focuses on present-day challenges, nervous system support, emotional regulation, and mindset work. I’m a therapist-in-training, but this offer is structured as coaching to give you tools and transformation without the clinical setup.

HOWEVER, if you are interested in that, there are certain formalities to be in place, and we can discuss that and move in that direction.

What kind of results can I expect?

While everyone’s journey looks different, most clients walk away with more emotional clarity, stronger boundaries, a regulated nervous system, and a renewed connection to themselves. You won’t become a “new person”—you’ll feel more like yourself again. You will feel seen. Heard. Recalibrated.

What if I don't have a big dramatic issue to fix?

This space isn’t just for trauma survivors or crisis situations—it’s also for the woman who’s tired, emotionally full, and silently stretched too thin. For the person that wants change. You don’t need a dramatic story to deserve support. You just need to be ready to stop doing it all alone.

Can I work with you if I am already in therapy?

Yes, absolutely, as long as your therapist agrees that coaching won’t interfere with your current work. This program is designed to complement—not compete with—your healing. If you’re not in therapy but need clinical support, I’ll always refer you out if that’s the best fit or if you are local, I can take you on as a therapeutic client.

What happens after I apply or book a call?

You’ll get a follow-up within 12–48 hours with next steps. If it’s a fit, we’ll book a free 15-minute connection call to make sure we vibe. After that, you’ll get access to everything you need to begin.

How do I know if this will actually help me?

If you’ve made it this far down the page, something is already resonating. This isn’t a fluffy course or a surface-level fix—it’s a real, grounded container built to hold you through emotional exhaustion and help you come back to yourself. I’ll walk with you the whole way.
