I don’t believe in hustle-healing or surface-level pep talks. My method blends nervous system awareness, identity work, emotional regulation, and real-life application. You won’t just talk about change — we’ll practice it together.

Your pace, your boundaries, your healing. My process is flexible and collaborative, which means we’ll tailor each session to what you’re carrying — whether it’s burnout, disconnection, or a deep need to finally feel safe in your own skin.
