Therapy Unplugged is a coaching space that pulls from therapeutic principles but focuses on present-day challenges, nervous system support, emotional regulation, and mindset work. I’m a therapist-in-training, but this offer is structured as coaching to give you tools and transformation without the clinical setup.
HOWEVER, if you are interested in that, there are certain formalities to be in place, and we can discuss that and move in that direction.

If you’re not in therapy but need clinical support, I’ll always refer you out if that’s the best fit or if you are local, I can take you on as a therapeutic client.
