Is this therapy? What's the difference?

Nope—and I don’t pretend to offer that. Therapy Unplugged is a coaching space that pulls from therapeutic principles but focuses on present-day challenges, nervous system support, emotional regulation, and mindset work. I’m a Clinical Therapist, but this offer is structured as coaching to give you tools and transformation without the clinical setup.

The Difference:

Therapy and coaching can seem similar from afar, but they have distinct techniques, approaches, and programming. Therapy often focuses on healing your past, managing mental health diagnoses, and working through deeper emotional wounds. Coaching, on the other hand, meets you where you are and helps you move forward — with support, structure, and tools. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, set boundaries, and create a life that actually feels good to live.

What kind of results can I expect?

While everyone’s journey looks different, most clients walk away with more emotional clarity, stronger boundaries, a regulated nervous system, and a renewed connection to themselves. You won’t become a “new person”—you’ll feel more like yourself again. You will feel seen. Heard. Recalibrated.

What if I don't have a big dramatic issue to fix?

This space isn’t just for trauma survivors or crisis situations—it’s also for the woman who’s tired, emotionally full, and silently stretched too thin. For the person that wants change. You don’t need a dramatic story to deserve support. You just need to be ready to stop doing it all alone.

Can I work with you if I am already in therapy?

Yes, absolutely, as long as your therapist agrees that coaching won’t interfere with your current work. This program is designed to complement—not compete with—your healing. If you’re not in therapy but need clinical support, I’ll always refer you out if that’s the best fit or if you are local, I can take you on as a therapeutic client.

What happens after I apply or book a call?

After you apply you’ll get a follow-up within 12–48 hours with next steps. If it’s a fit, we’ll book a free 15-minute connection call to make sure we vibe. After that, you’ll get access to everything you need to begin.

How do I know if this will actually help me?

If you’ve made it this far down the page, something is already resonating.
